Communication problem

I started 1939 global scenario in Road to war mod. My problem is that there is too many civilizations, only few of them are showing in right side of the screen, so i cant open diplomatic display with those that are not in screen. How i can start war to Baltic for example?

move unit to border and then use numpad to enter, will give you option to declare war

eh you kill first then several others and shrink the list (my method is fun) on my current list only the mayor's and Iberia remains (not worth noting is finland as it doesn't have any unit's anymore XD still alive but i got to tired so i went in recess still have to finish it)
