Add the Satellite of Love as a world wonder, whoever completes it gets 7 hit B-movies, but every turn the player is forced to watch an entire invention exchange segment from MST3K.

I5t has come to my intention that programmers and modders do not have a cvilization for themselves. I shall fix that with this suggestion.

relocating Mecca to Singapore doesn't seem that crazy when you think a Bahraini/Qarmatian dynasty tried to do the same and destroyed kaaba, stole and broke the holy black stone etc, interesting read imho.

I'm sure Wikipedia page used to mention an intention like that, maybe it was a wrong information that got removed.

That piece about relocating the Arabic Holy city is hilarious :D But I recall I a video on YouTube where a scholar claimed that the Abassids did just that. (iirc from Petra to Mecca)

Does anyone else remember the scenario (or maybe it was an official mod) in the original civ iv game that was set in antiquity with similar world map? You could play as either Romans, Macedonians, or Persians...

    Let's add Finland!
Spawn: 1809 (year of the Grand Duchy of Finland becoming autonomous)
    UP: ?
UU: Ski infantry; starts with Woodman I, +25% strength on Tundra
    UB: ?

    UHV:
    - Have an average of 10000 culture per city by 1900 (year of Sibelius writing Finlandia)
    - Do not lose a city without making defensive pacts until 1940 (year of the end of the Winter War)
    - Settle 7 Great Merchants, Scientists and Engineers until 2007 (year of NOKIA stock price peak)

Should spawn as a vassal of its strongest neighbor, and automatic revolt after the 1. UHV is done.
UP: Forest Management; Forests give extra :hammers:, can be planted and supplant marshes. (Raking )
UB: Sauna; Replaces Bath, gives extra :) and free march promotion for gunpowder units. (Sisu Perkele :sniper:)

More interesting UHVs, (even though this a dump idea):
Finlandia: Control two core cities and culture bomb in capital by 1917.
Winter War: Have destroyed at least 10 enemy units per every lost unit in 1940.
Nokia: Have an University, Laboratory, Great Scientist, Great Engineer and Great Merchant in your every city by 2007.

    Glorious North Korea!
UP: Juche Ideology. 1 free specialist in the capital for every 10 (?) espionage in the capital. Starvation produces no unhappiness or stability penalties. AI civs are twice as likely to accept demands from you based on your military strength.

UU: Taepodong-2. Replaces ICBM. Limited range like a cruise missile, but does not require uranium and has a lesser production cost.
UU: Worker-Soldier. Replaces Labourer. Can make terrain improvements like a Labourer, has a combat strength of 18. At level 3 can get the 'Commissar' promotion, allowing it to be settled as a free spy specialist in a city.
UB: State Security Department. Replaces intelligence agency. +100% espionage. Halts growth while being produced. +10% espionage in the capital for every state security department built.

Civ design philosophy: Although North Korea starts out weaker than neighbours and enemies, it is designed to be able to leapfrog into power. This is through high production in the capital allowing for development of some useful buildings as a decent city. Bonuses to intelligence per city allow tech stealing to occur through expansion, meaning both research and commerce can be neglected.

    Preferred civics
    State Party - Espionage bonuses
    Totalitarianism - Military bonuses
    Theocracy - Unit XP bonuses
    Centralism - Capital bonuses
    Central Planning - Specialist bonuses
    Isolationism - Espionage bonuses

    UHV:
Nuclear Dominance - Have more Taepodong-2s than the entire world stock of ICBMs.
Independence, National Economy, Self-Defence - Have a total of 20 spy or great spy specialists in your capital city.
Songun - Be at war with at least 3 states with democracy civics for a total of 30 turns without losing any cities.

Could be worked on but I reckon it would be fun!
