Computer Trouble

[West 36]

I had to move my computer, and on plugging my monitor back in I realized the pieces that screw in to the tower were gone, I'm not sure if that's what's wrong, but there you go. When I turned my computer on, things had a blueish hue that couldn't be changed using the monitor's menu, and it's pretty annoying, so, what can I do?
Also,an unrelated problem: every page I visit on this forum opens at the top, but then goes straight to the bottom, which also sucks.

I'm having that same problem. I don't know why though.

Are there any other electronics around?
I remember having weird monitor troubles because it was next to a television. You said you moved your monitor, so that could be the difference (if it's not the missing pieces.)

As for the other, make sure your cables are firmly connected.
