(CONFIRMED) Two Cities in an OCC Game!!!

In my last OCC Game as Suleiman it happened that I was able to assign a city from Darius to me via the Apostolic Palace ... and it was not destroyed in the process... so I ended up with two cities in that OCC Game

that definately needs to be addressed as it is a bug, although you could have just given it back
