I'm attaching a gameplay file here, I'm more or less stuck with an economy that's tanking and civics which I have to use to get the URV done. I don't know how exactly to move forward with this. Any tips ?

Sounds super interesting. If you can post pictures I will super analyze it. But I don't have DOC until the final release comes out
