While I was revamping the African civilizations, I had the idea to make a Congolese civilization inspired somewhat by Civ 6's Kongo.

Congo brings with it three leaders (Mzemba a Nzinga, Nzinga Mbande, and Mobutu Sese Seko), a Unique Unit (the Ngao Ngeba), a Unique Building (the Wene), and a unique artstyle.
