I can't seem to reliably connect to my friend over Direct IP, nor can I access GameSpy.
I've opened almost every port (except 2301-2399) that the Connectivity thread asked for. I've tried random combinations of letters and numbers to create a new GameSpy account.
We occasionally are able to connect my computer to his main computer, but not his laptop. We both run Warlords, although he has Gold Edition. He's been able to get to GameSpy.
The best way to fix this would be to figure out how to access the GameSpy. I don't have a router; I have McAfee On-Access Scan (not Firewall) and use Windows Firewall.
