By hilighling an alliance in the 'at war' with section, that means they start at war, right? IF not highlighted are they forced into peace for the rest of the game?
I just tried a locked alliance scenario for a bit and it's basically locked mutual protection. If the civ you are allied with gets attacked on their land, you get dragged into the war. Likewise, when they sign a peace treaty, you automatically sign one too.
Hmm, is it possible for 1 nation to be at permanent war with everyone else in the game, without everyone else being forced into a permanent alliance, but rather they have normal diplomatic relations with each other?
You mean with up to 4 civs max total playing or up to 4 civs independently being at war with everyone and the rest (up to 27 others) having independent relations with each other? Because I was hoping for it being possible with 31 civs total (I want to make 1 civ Barbarian to have real barbarian cities - for scenario)
