Do consoles (I'm specifically on Xbox X) not get some of the advanced features that are on computers?
Specifically, with this new Barbarian Clans update I was watching part of a developer livestream that said you could make a game with no starting city states and let the barbarians develop into them which sounded really fun to me and they mentioned something about new menu options for controlling how city states are put in. I know console has the City State selection list but didn't see anywhere to not start city states right away; conversely to confirm I wasn't crazy I opened Civ VI on my pc (I can't play much on it because its on its last leg) and saw a menu for CS (city state) selection usage which I think would be where I get my desired effect of no city states to start.
Am I right that Xbox is missing this option or am I just blind to it?
