To me it looks really good. If you'd post another picture with what your skin is meant to resample (I mean a photograph if available or at least a trustworthy painting), one might give you more hints though.

Theoretically, you could...
1. add the binocular thing these guys wear
2. make the top long-sleeved
3. try to increase the contrast (make lighter parts even more lighter and darker parts even more darker).
If I'd be you I'd give point 3 a go and see whether this improves your skin. Besides of that, your skin is pretty perfect.

EDIT: Missed what you said about the camoflage. So 1 and 2 are out anyways.
