Controlling puppet production exploit/bugs

So the whole downside to puppet states isn't entirely working properly.
If you go to the Economics overview and click the current production for a puppet state (on the far right) you can change what it's working on. You can't reassign citizens/buy tiles since those are part of the full city screen, but this still isn't right.

Also unrelated, I've captured cities with Helicopters, I thought them not being able to take cities was the whole point? \o_O/

Looks like some game needs a patch 8D
 
oops...i just started a thread about this..figure i was the only one who discovered it. came across it by accident really
 
I guess we can use this as a "fix" for the AI making bone headed moves for puppet states.

Hopefully when this bug is fixed the intelligence will also be improved (seriously, all they need to do is take out a handful of buildings like barracks and coal plants then randomly build something).
