Converting a Multiplayer save to a singleplayer one

Hi. I have been having a ton of fun playing RI Multiplayer with my brother. Unfortunately, the AI struggles to keep up with us by the time we reach to early renaissance. If it would be possible to convert a save from multiplayer to single (or allow WB in multiplayer) so that way we could give some team bonuses or building bonuses to the AI that would be really amazing. I looked around online for how to do it for just base civ 4 and even that seemed extremely complicated.

I don't know of any ways to do that.
