As the animated gif shows, there is a small problem with the smoke and the funnel of one of the steamers in the south-west run animation.
Unfortunately for CCM 3 these units come too late, as the final test game before the release of CCM3 is running. But these convoy units could become a prominent part of CCM 3.1 as there are indices in the Flintlock thread, that
searching escort units for ships and the "eight-phases-run" through all units on the map could be an important reason for some overlong AI turn-times in the first turns of scenarios like SOE and in later stages of a standard Civ 3 game. In that case, setting the transport ships to needing no escort in the config file of the Flintlock mod and giving them the defense value of the combat ship in the convoy animations, could be the proper solution and your convoy units in that case could play an important role in the game.
In that case a Civ 3 Convoy unit for era 4 (may be with a Leander class frigate) could be needed, too. Your brilliant WW1 Convoy unit with the tramp steamers seems to suffer in its death animations on the same problem as it existed in the - now fixed - run animation and may be a fix of the Convoy WW1 death-files with the tramp steamers, as suggested by Snodmaulvenn, with the suggested updated version of Flicster, is needed, too.
