Core 2 duo Core 2 quad

Hi,

is the game CIV IV optimized for Core 2 duo or core 2 quad.
If not is it planned?

I have a core 2 quad CPU and i would like to have a game which uses all 4 cores. Or a game that uses 2 Cores.

Sorry for my english it´s not my first language.

Civ4 only supports single-core right now I believe, so us with 2/4 cores are outa luck as of now. I'm not sure if the game could be configured to run on 2 or more cores, but seeing as how 2 EP's in the feature isn't here yet, it probably won't be added. Besides, Civ4 runs fine on one core for me anyway and Windows uses the other for its tasks.
