Cornmaster is currently building a Pikeman but what should it build next?

Once the pikeman is finished, Cornmaster will have two pikeman as defense but no city improvements so it would be best to go for a library, marketplace or a temple.

How about City Walls? Or do we have the Great wall..

City walls would be great, but nope. Our empire has never heard of such a peculiar thing as masons.

Temple, the people need to be appeased first.

Yeah temple.Every new city should build a temple as first improvement imo.
