Is it possible to have more than two corporations in a city? I know competitors cannot be in the same city but can I have suishi/mining/jewelers in one city? Thank you in advance...

Yes and no. It's possible to have up to 4 corporations in the city (more if the game is modded) but the specific combo you suggested is not possible because mining competes with jewellers.

It is possible to have AlumCo, CreateCon, Jewellers and one of Sushi, Cereal or Standard Ethanol.
