Corporations

I cannot get the stupid corporations to work AT ALL.

i've got all the resources, all the tech needed AND a great person (so for mining corp i've a great engineer.)

now i assume that i can IMPORT the needed resource if i'm missing it, otherwise this whole corp is a pointless waste of time.

help?

Make sure you're not using the State Property civic. You can't form corps when using that one.
