Corrupt disc

I dropped my Civ CD wrong side and the disc got corrupted. I seem to have lost the file D3DX9_32.dll file. I checked that thread but it doesn't help. Could anybody please email or leave a dump of that file. I use CIV IV Gold Edition.
Please Help.
