hello,
when i switched to democracy the corruption still exist and it looks like the same when i still at monarchy, i have played civ & civ2 and there are always no corruption at democracy. i read on manual and civiclopedia, it said democracy don't have corruption. and, i've been at war with zulu and aztec for 20+ turns and there are no such thing called war warriness, no anarchy no civil disorder.... so what's wrong with my game?
oh, i use my own map, is there any different when playing random map with user-created map?
i have the 1.16f patch, played as persian, have 27 cities, i use default rules (the original rules)
