Corruption in the Conquests

Ok, so i've installed the 1.15 patch and it kind of fixes the corruption problem in C3C. But... In the various conquests there seems to be no decreased corruption at all.

For example, when I'm playing Japan in the WW2 Pacific conquest, one of my cities get more than 50 % corruption even though its next to Bangkok which has a Forbidden Palace (sounds kinda like the problem in version 1.0).
Does anyone else have this problem and what is the easiest way to fix it?

i believe (alhtough i am far from certain) that the forbidden palace now only changes your optimal city number.

But it works so great in regular epic games

Oh, and corruption without forbidden palace is very high.
higher than in regular epi games.
