... see if it crashes every time you hit 'end turn' like it does on my computer?

This is a savegame from Beyond the Sword, patched to 3.03.

This is the only time I have ever had such a problem with Civ4 on my computer!

Yeah it's a known problem

If a player has researched Rocketry but not Assembly Line and then tries to create a new colony the game will crash. You can "fix" it by opening World Builder and giving Assembly Line to Mansa Musa
