This is the SSC right? This Watcher recommends we start on the Colossus ASAP. We can build the phalanxes elsewhere and walk them over.

I vote for Collussus, and also sugest that a setler start building roads (and only roads) between cities, and also that a caravan in each city be built to facillitate rapid completion of this wonder.
