Crash loading new game July 2nd Patch

So first I went to see how the mods were handling the new patch, most worked and somethings were unhooked. So I decided to start a normal game up. Went back to main menu and then when to start my first normal game. Just as my game loading up I crashed in loading screen.

Note when I restarted Civ 5 and went to start up the 2nd game no problems.
