Crash to desktop

This has probably been answered elsewhere, but i couldn't find anything on it.

The problem i am having is that once i have loaded the mod and started a new game the first time i click the mouse anywhere on the map the game crashes to desktop.

Is there anything i can do to solve this?

Mine is like that too. I think it has a problem in the system. Happen tome all the time in the past but not anymore. Changed everything in my computer like Video cards, etc. for CIV not to crash again.

check that civ version is updated

Be sure you've downloaded and installed the lastest driver for your graphic card.
A simple driver update can solve the problem and save your cash.
