I get a crash to desktop when ever the leaders appear if the leader quality settings are set to anything more than Low.
I have a Geforce 7950GT running on Windows 7 64bit. 2GB RAM and a Dual Core E6600 (2.4Ghz).
I also can only run Civ5 in DX9 mode. DX10/11 appears enabled from the menu but clicking on it just closes the menu and the game doesn't run. No error message.
Originally I had a error message that d3dx_42.dll was missing when trying to run DX11. I discovered my graphics card drivers were out of date so I updated them and re-installed Direct-X 11, and have re-booted. Don't know if this has anything to do with the problem.
