Crashes After Hitting "Choose Production"

Hello, I recently (earlier this morning in fact) installed the DLC's Inca, Spain, and Polynesia and ever since then I crash after hitting "Choose Production". This is the case will ALL civs. I read in the Balance-Combined thread that I need to remove the "no" from some file to ensure compatability, but I cannot find the file/does it exist anymore? I'm using Beta 6.

No one has any idea about how to resolve this? I've been searching through all the files again for any mention of the DLC's, but I see none. Am I missing a file? I see in Thal's first post in the Balance-Combined thread that there should be a "_Balance DLC" folder, but I do not see that anywhere.

Never mind, I seem to have fixed it by reinstalling everything.

Sorry about the confusion with DLC's, that information was outdated. The mod automatically detects if DLCs are installed without any manual edits necessary. I've removed the old info from the thread.
