crashing

having crash issues ive been trying to play civ for most of the day but it was working fine earlier this yesterday morning but after i logged back in to play from where i left off the game kept crashing i uninstalled the mods reinstalled them tried all three verisions from 8 to 9 to 10 to 11 but the game still crashed i then thought that my hitler and confederate states mod were like a mod in poor taste so steam was preventing me from using them and kicked me out so then i thought since that didnt work maybe its the maps....nopers i then validated my files nada....upgraded my windows then waited for it to restart.....zilch im now reinstalling civ v to see if that helps i reported it on steam but no response from anyone proplem is it was working fine for about couple months funny thing is this happened before played the game from winter to spring but summer comes along game keeps crashing then the following winter game works fine no problems what so ever then now its summer again game starts crashing again i know that the changing of the seasons dont have any bearing but maybe since i got it from steam maybe im not picking up a good signal since its a digital copy and maybe i need a good internet signal i dunno ive tried everything but since ive had this for more than a year im pretty sure i cant get a refund
