Creating a map/scenario

I want to create map and select starting points for certain civilizations. I've done so using the scenario tab in the world builder.

I don't need a mod or any detailed scenario to play out.

I literally just want to open the game and play the map with the starting points set.

What is the easiest, quickest way to do it?

As of now, if I go into the game set-up I can select the map but its all random as to where I (and the other civs) start at.

Is there an quick and easy way to make the starting points stick?

MapBuilder, I think? It's the included map and scenario editor. You'd probably have to load the game as a scenario.

I figured it out. I wasn't loading it as a mod/load scenario. Thanks.
