When I'm trying to create a third colony, I'm suddenly at war with my first colony, the Ottomans.
This didn't happen when Victoria came into play, my second colony.
I guess it has something to do with the patch 3.13 upgrade.
Victoria came into play before the patch, my third colony after the upgrade.
I've reloaded the game (patch 3.13) with only the Ottomans as a colony.
Creating a second colony indeed caused a war with the Ottomans.
