Simple: if science proves you wrong, you don't get to teach.
That's stupid. That's tremendously stupid. And anti-scientific, too.
The Aristotlean science of Copernicus' day "proved" that he was wrong. All advances in science are made by denying the previous theory as insufficient.
Let me ask you this:
Who defines that is "science"?
You? The state? The party in power at the moment? The intellectual elite?
