Are you trying to report that these images aren't working properly for you? Every culture should have a unique splash image for each era, and some cultures/civs have unique defeat screen images. Music issues could be related to the soundtrack being installed incorrectly. If this is meant to be a bug report then please follow normal bug report procedures such as posting logs and mod lists with your complaint so that I don't have to ask you to do it now and so that it's clearer that you actually have an issue.

If you're on phone you could use a code editor[droidedit] to view Lua, xml, etc. I do that when I'm away from keyboard.
