Cultural Victories and Airlifting

1) How many points does one need for a cultural victory? One place I saw said 80000, another said 100000...and I've also seen mentioned that no other Civ can have half as much (or more) as you do. Is this true? Is there a way to find out how much Culture a Civ has?

2) Can we not airlift Workers/Settlers, or am I missing something?

Cultural Victory is either 20000 point for 1 city or 100000 for all. And you are right that no other Civ can have more than 1/2 of what you have

No idea why Firaxis make it so you cannot airlift workers. All you need to do is go to the editor and make them airliftable
