culture/espionage bonuses dont appear in building tooltips

this is a minor annoyance but for some reason if I hover my mouse over any building (in the 'what to build' part of the city screen), it does not show any culture/espionage bonus it provides

I remember it used to do this, at least pre 3.13, seems to be due to the patch?

it gets tedious to right click on every wonder to find out how much culture it provides etc

Its a known bug introduced by 3.13. Install the Unofficial Patch for 3.13 and it is solved.
