Not sure if this is a bug, because this wasn't a problem in the past for me.
I installed Civ on my new computer and the +culture rating is not listed when looking at buildings. It happens, and is listed on the culture score for cultural bonuses.
For example, pretty much a Library will say +10% science, but not +2 culture.
I'm sure its easy to fix this? Just a error in the installation?
