Custom Scenario Crash

I made a custom scenario map of the Middle East for August 2014, but when I try to play it it ends up crashing within the first five turns. In it you can play as Egypt, Israel (as America), Syria (as Germany), Jordan (also as Germany), Arabia, Iraq(as Assyria), and Iran(as Persia). The Islamic State is also in the game but is not playable (I think its wrong to let players play as a terrorist group.) Every city starts with buildings and every civilization starts with troops.

I spent hours working on this and even from the little I've played I can tell it could be a fun and education experience...but it keeps crashing

Please help me and make a note if your just guessing on how to fix this.

Although I'm new, you would probably have more luck attaching the mod/your logs.

I attached it to a my mod pack but still, with five turns it stops working.
