CvGameCoreDLL.dll Encoding?

Dear all,

I cannot edit CvGameCoreDLL.dll because notepad++, wordpad, word and notepad show non-sense characters. I think the encoding is winansi sth. I am not experienced with encoding, so i am not sure. Anyone else encountered the same problem?

You need the core files, not the core itself.
The folder : ...Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\CvGameCoreDLL
Then after editing, you need to recompile into new Gamecore.
