I am a plinky guitar sadboy unfortunately. No digital thumping fun times can reach me, and the associated fun substances are not for me either.

It we're talking Electronic legends like Jean-Michel Jarre gotta throw down some newer legends like deadmau5

I'll also make a plug for android52 for making some delicious stuff.

Altough I am more of a Vangelis guy (my very first CD is Direct from 1988) I think we deserve more Jean Michel Jarre on our radio waves.
Here's something from Direct:

Damn I haven't heard this Vangelis song before it goes HARD. Tasty as hell. Dude kicked.

Have some delicious 80s with Tangerine Dream

And a bit newer Ghost Data

Jean Michel Jarre is amazing, I can always return to his music and it always makes me feel good.

This reminds me of this party I attended once in high school. I walked over to the stereo and popped in a Vangelis CD.. Cause.. Vangelis is awesome. It was Chariots of Fire.

Everybody at the party immediately hated me. Go figure.

Does anyone here like Plaid? The song manyme was my favourite song for a decent amount of time, 20+ years ago. It still tickles me the right way whenever I put it on.

Yep...being a Vangelis nerd myself I was never too much praised for that particular musical taste either. Give to a party a sound a party needs, give to your mind the sound you need for peace and nirvana. Here's another personal favourite of mine:

Man don't take this the wrong way @Perfection I really made an effort to listen to your shares but I am just too antiquated:old:, I can appreciate the trance and even dance mash fat EDM but once dial up modem sounds are in my brain disconnects. :dunno:The Kraftwerk share is flawless for me though:rockon:Great effort great thread:thumbsup:, I have a lote more shares to listen from you guys.
This was the rage when I was a teen preteen and all anime VHS came with the most anime violent mashup intro to the sound of this:
The full voodoo people

This came outta leftfield...
And I need some chemicals, bro
But this is more... my speed

If you like plaid check out Bonobo

or Wagon Christ

I bet you have heard of Boards of Canada (A Scottish duo), but if not

Nightmares on Wax deserve a mention

In my case I don't think most people expected me to get into this type of music at the time. Right before this I was really into death metal bands like Napalm Death and Sepultura. After my mellow electronica phase I dove into ska and related genres bigtime. I was also into a lot of punk throughout all this. I was kind of all over the place, I guess.
