Hello all:
I realize I'm a bit late to the party to ask this question, but I've been getting back into Civ IV (the best Civ). As I've been playing a lot of the WW2 scenarios that came with BTS, I've noticed that Dale's Combat Mod, upon which the gameplay is based, is super easy to unbalance by just putting a bunch of artillery units in a stack. Such a stack will magically annihilate anything it comes across (to an infinitely greater extent than typical doomstack problems). Is this a generally known issue? Was anything ever done about it?
