I had completely forgotten about Civilization until I saw an ad for CivIII in one of my gamer mags. Now, after picking it up over the Christmas holiday, my free time is consumed. Damn you Civilization! Damn you Sid!

Lets hope I can shake this addiction before the next semester starts up.

Although this site "caters" to "Online Gamers" I would guess that you could "insert" civ into this

Chomp, Civ 3 is a hard habit to break, but once I accomplished my goal of becoming a solid player on emperor level, I largely broke free from the addiction that bound me. There is hope!

Not a good idea. The University might be backward and unarmed, so other heavy-armed civilizations will jump on you, such as your Boss, the Police, and other big borring civs like those.

I would rather suggest that you plant a spy and initiate a propaganda.
