It was hard work which took me literally weeks to finish up. Now I still need to find a way to throw out new animations in a faster way else I'll never finish my mod

These guys could have used the Firaxis pikemen or spearmen animations, maybe, although they wouldn't have looked as good. But still, you should save your animating skills for the really special stuff. Especially if time is a problem.

But then, the more you practice at it the faster you'll get. You're already light years ahead of anyone else in the figure animating department.

I know if I had used the pikeman for it I could have released it 3 weeks ago but actually I was getting sick of unanimated cloaks that's why I had to do it.
(and I really hate the templaranis they're to stiff)

Well the cloak animation looks heaps better than that dodgy Firaxis Sumerian Vulture cape animation, and unanimated capes look kind of weird, so I think it did pay off. I was forgetting about the cloak before...
