I downloaded and installed the DDS Thumbnail Viewer, but all it did was create a ddsView.dll file in this path: \Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\DDS Thumbnail Viewer. How do I get it to work? Do I now need something to view/run the dll file?

I'm trying to look at the BTS images.

    Have you tried DXTBmp?

It'll show the image and its alpha channel as separate sections.
