dead xml tags

Well there's probably a thread on this already, but I can't find it...

Is there a list of all the "dead/inactive" xml tags somewhere ?

Was trying to do something with the following tags in traits.xml file
NearbyImprovementCombatBonus
NearbyImprovementBonusRange
CombatBonusImprovement

But couldn't get anywhere. I'm thinking it's because the tags just don't plain don't work.

The first one should work, it's used in the Moai improvement for the Polynesian DLC IIRC
