Default feature - catastrophic failure

I can't even install this game! The first disc goes fine, as soon as I put the second disc in I get a dialog box that says:

Feature: Default Feature
Error: Catastrophoc failure

Boom, all over and the it quits out. No matter how many times I try to install it, no go. Any ideas?

I had this problem, too. As far as I can figure, it's a problem with the disk.

I exchanged my copy of the game for a new one, and it worked. So, you might try returning it.

Are you serious? Grrr. The same thing happened to me and it's really annoying.

Yep - That error is a disc(s) return if it happens continually and the rest of your hardware checks out ok

Same issue here. 2K tech support says my video card is the cause because it lacks T&L capability. Think I'll try the software on a friends computer before exchanging the discs.
