I just spoke with APO today, and they also think that the entire continant has troops blocking all landing points. Thier recomendation is that we turn back. Now If we do not find a place to land soon, I think we should. APO thinks that GWT will have the techs to cross the ocean in 10 turns, and since APO is a lot stronger than us, and GWT/GCA know it, they will try to attack us. APO estamates an attack force of 50+ Anasars, and many ships.

In order to counter this we need to:
    #1 Move back our ships

#2 Blockade our part of the continant with troops, so GWT and GCA can not land.

#3 Set our ships our a little off schore to look our for GWT ships and try to sink a few

#4 Start reserching if we have many libraries, if all we have is markets then we should give as much money as we can to APO, so we can get the tech lead.

Right now we are in a race. If the continant is indeed blockated then we need to take action fast. We will need to build ships after we block our land, to blockade the other continant so they can not leave. If we can reserch marines first we can make it.
    Thoughts?

If they indeed sent 50 ansars, can you imagine the extra hurt they'd recieve if we then land on their shores?

Hmm, maybe they will move their troops from their shores to send over the ocean, then they find our troops blocking, and see others in their capital :)

Do we even have enough troops to blockade our shores?

Nope. We need to build the cheapest units possible a lot to get the shores blocked.

A new idea from poly: We problay should trogger our GA in order to get ready for an attack. We should keep looking for a spot, and drop a UU there and attack, thus starting our GA.

Good idea EMP. But remember, landing costs a turn, so if we do find a spot, we should land our forces, do a little pillaging, then get the rock out of there!

If we can land, let's land with full power. If we land only one unit and it dies, we'll have wasted ages. Let's land them all, it's always easier to get away than to get to land.

We need as many troops to block our land from GWT/GCA.

But still, we should land all o our forces, wreck some havoc and get out. It's no use of sending just one rider there to get killed. That's idiotic suicide. All of them in, and we have the chance to win a battle... it won't be too hard to get them out, much harder to get in. Ships can move even after troops have been loaded in, but troops can't move when they land. Remember that.

Who cares, everybody who can play the save knows what to do. ;)

I would land at least half of the riders, the more the better, and the musket to defend. If we land only one unit and they kill it IBT it won't do any good and we'll have wasted a turn and they might have even gotten the chance to get a GL.
