Actually DaveShack, the above was supposed to be the second ad. But it was not revised, as the language and terms are outdated. So forget about this thread. Let me put together another thread for the poster (hopefully it will work this time) and then I'll start a new thread for the article type above. Okay?

Yes the ads' can have its own thread and we can use this one for the general news and announcements for citizens. This one should be stuck here in the Citizens thread.
