Democratic Presidential Candidate Poll

Who would you vote for?

I wouldn't be surprised if Biden did better than Obama did in 2012, although not better than Obama 2008.

It goes to show the quality of the Republican party, when Biden could sweep the Republican party without much of a sweat. I'd vote for him in a primary if Clinton wasn't running without a second thought

I don't think Biden really has a shot. For one, he is not Hillary Clinton and if they both run, she'll clobber him. For another, his association with Obama will be toxic to the general populace. The moderate to right-leaning people will hate him for that reason alone, but even the left is disenchanted with the Obama administration at this point, including myself (and I'm probably the biggest Obama fanboy there is on these forums). I'm going to write up a thread on that when I get home this afternoon.

I don't think both Biden and Hillary Clinton run--only one will run, and I think there is a strong possibility neither runs. I'd also wait to judge the Obama administration's impact on the election until 2016--if unemployment drops in 2014 and 2015, say to under 6%, there will be something positive to run on.

Given their age, as well as Hillary's health issues, I'm not sure either will run in 2016.

On the Republican poll, where he feels more at home...
:rotfl:

I mean, I don't agree, but that was well played anyway:goodjob:
Democrats booing God, Satan would love that. And the fact that they were denying Jerusalem for the Jews as it's Capital.

No they weren't. They have no control over that.

I hope that Sanders runs on a Socialist ticket.
Why?
The fact that we haven't had a Muslim President has to do with the fact that they haven't been in the US for very long in large numbers, on September 10, 2001, most Americans wouldn't care.

True.
I agree.

Pelosi and Feinstein take the cake for me on crazy Dems. Yay California.

Biden would likely win on bone-headed statements, but Pelosi herself can give him a run for his money. Also, I think he is smarter than he sounds, but I cannot say the same for Pelosi.

I guess Pelosi wins Dem version of Palin award, IMHO.

Pelosi and Feinstein make Palin look like Einstein... (Not a Palin fan BTW...)
I have a hard time believing that many people would actually vote for Joe Biden.

I mean come on.

I seriously doubt you actually meant to vote for Kucinich, all things considering:p

As for the thread... I wouldn't actually vote for anyone on that list, but I respect Dennis Kucinich for his foreign policy views and I wanted to be able to see the results easily, so I picked Kucincih as the least bad on that list. I couldn't vote for him, but I'd love to see him as the Democrat nominee. If Rand Paul was the GOP nominee, maybe we'd actually have two peace candidates at the same time... that would be awesome. of course, no secret which one I'd vote for, but it would be great...
