Description:
This little mod adds Danish Empire to Sid Meier's Civilization IV, with own flag, two leaders and unique unit




Information:
Danish Empire

Starting techs: Hunting, Fishing

Leaders:
Christian IV (Aggressive, Creative; favourite civic - Vassalage)
Christian IX (Philosophical, Expansive; favourite civic - Caste System)

Unique Unit:
Teutonic Knight (Replaces Swordsman; Strength - 7, Movement - 1, Cost - 40, +10 City Attack, starts with Shock)

But I have to ask.. How do I install this mod? Maybe a silly question but it's a .rar file and I dont know what to do wiht it..

:goodjob: This is great! Particularly becaue I was working on a Danish civ but couldn't finish it because of some problems with scripting (something I have absolutely no experience with).

However, I think that Industrious & Creative would have been better for Christian IV... and Caste System as a favourite civic for Christian IX really makes no sense to me... maybe Representation would be better?
Would it be okay if I change this mod a bit and made my own version? (if I can figure out how to do it...) You would be credited of course.
 
Excellent mod - just a few notes:
I agree with JuuL that C4 shuld be Industrious and Creative (or perhaps Industrious and Spiritual) - they are much more representative of his rule. I also agree on that Representation is a better favourite civic for C9. Expansive is probably not a good trait for him - I believe Financial would be better.

I must ask, why choose a Preussian unit as the Danish UU? We were not on very friendly terms with the Preussians... especially during C9's era. ;)
I believe a cheaper frigate would be a much better UU for Denmark.
