I'm playing 1.62 patch of Civ4 Desert war scenario.
I notice the culture slider is missing, I presume an oversight in the scenario builders . I note player1 had made a small fix for this but I can't find it anywhere to download.
Failing finding this file could one of you gurus point me in to the right file to mod to correct the culture slider.
BTW I'm playing as Britain and quite fun though the Italians are much stronger than the Germans, which is a little stange , this seems to cry out for a rebalancing.
Does anyone think that artillery are overpowered?, it seems that they are the way to go, just build heaps and pound the bad guys with collateral damage. Is there any way to limit their effect (say only 1-2 other units damaged?).
Anyone know of any other mods/patches for this scenario?
