Desperate Dave!!!Does the 242 to MGE exe file work?

Can anyone tell me if they have got the exe file to work? or if its possible to get hold of a copy of the MGE CD ROM? I DESPERATELY NEED TO PLAY MULTUPLAYER CIV2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(Ced, I have Windows ME, and windows update isn't being too helpful, what shall I do?)

If all you need is the cd, you can get the crack from this site. If its still not working, the mgeto242 patch worked when I tried it on a couple of different machines. Unfortunately Windows ME sucks.
