What are the despot rush strategies?
If anyone could help me because i always listen to them but I don't understad what they are. Are they so important to the game?

There are far many others here that can give you pointers, but I'll add at least one. Using your whip to hurry improvements through population loss carries a 40 turn (I believe it is) unhappiness penalty under version 1.17.
If you are at peace during these despot times, I imagine the unhappiness wouldn't matter too much. Come wartime, though, those unhappy campers will go into revolt much easier.
'We can not forget your cruel oppression', the ingrates will chime.

I tend to never pop rush improvements, but then again...there are some masters here that use it to full effect, I am sure.

despot rush strategie mean using a high food producing city ( near flood plain and or weat ) to rush built a lot of soldier, but than again firaxis in the latest patch do not allow you do to that as you cannot disband this slave camp without getting the unhappiness transfert to a nearest city.

a.i cheat is ok for firaxis, but when human find a way to outproduce those a.i. cheater thats not ok for them and they modified the game.
 
Under 1.16f and older versions, a player could hurry production using the whip to create units. Under 1.17f, there is still a loophole. Create junk cities with a single entertainer, and worker farms that make workers. Send the workers to the processing cities to pop them for units. Almost as effective as old fashioned pop rushing but takes longer to set up (need two cities instead of one). Captured workers fuel the attack once war is declared.

New patch coming Friday, so enjoy this 1.17f loophole for a few more days.

What a beautiful way too to solve there patch fix, you use a.i. worker to work to death to make your own soldier:lol: Great post:goodjob:
 
addition to BillChins hint: don´t disband the city later, otherwise unhappiness gets transferd. Let it sit there.... or give it to the AI :lol:
